I have had an incredibly positive experience with my Yog instructor Nirav Gajjar. His emphasis on breathing has given my practise some unique and beneficial elements. His guidance has not only made my overall yoga practise better, but it has also helped me develop a stronger relationship with my body and breath. Nirav teaches in a calm, motivating manner.establishing a welcoming and amicable atmosphere for each session. It has improved my lung capacity and significantly reduced my Stress and improved my emotional well-being. This yoga instructor is highly recommended.
